Console is our new PPE and uniform management platform. It takes everything you rely on in the Cleanline Tasman UMS and rebuilds it from the ground up for scale and speed. It's a whole new experience, and making the switch couldn't be simpler.
In 2017 we launched NZ's first purpose-built PPE management platform. Today it equips more than 103,000 workers a year, and nearly a decade of your feedback has shaped what comes next.
Console is that next step, rebuilt from the ground up for scale and speed. Most PPE platforms digitise the order and stop there. Console is different. It's developed by our own technology team and connected live to our warehouse and branding facility. One connected system, from request to invoice.
It's been proven with real customers and is ready for all users. And because it’s ours, it keeps evolving with you, with new features rolling out over time. Managing your PPE and uniforms is about to get faster, more intuitive and easier than ever.
Everything you rely on in UMS moves across, and the way you work gets easier from day one.
It's all there when you log in, so you can keep ordering the way you do now.
Same jobs, less effort. Here's what you'll notice straight away.
By the time your login arrives, everything's already in Console: your employees, kits, approved products and order history. No forms, no re-entering data, no hoops to jump through. Here's what to do next.
Your login details will arrive in a separate email from sales@cleanlinetasman.co.nz once migration is complete.
Once you're logged into Console, you will no longer be able to access the old UMS system. Console has everything UMS does, with a tonne of new features and new tools being released over time.
There are two quick things to do before your login arrives. Our setup videos walk you through both.
In your browser, visit console.cleanlinetasman.co.nz and install Console on every computer, tablet and phone you'll order from. It's quick and simple, with no app store involved, and our setup videos below walk you through it step by step.
Open ConsoleIf your organisation uses Microsoft or Google Workspace, enable Single Sign-On to let your team log in using their existing work account. Your IT administrator may need to approve this.
Six short videos to get you going. Start by installing Console on the devices you use, then choose the guide that matches your role.
There's a quick video for each type of device. Watch the ones you'll order from.
For anyone who logs in to order their own workwear and PPE.
For anyone who orders for others, approves requests or looks after employee details.
From the first time you log in to Console, the old UMS system will no longer accept your login. If you try to sign in there, you'll be denied access. Please use Console for all employee and consumables orders, and delete any UMS bookmarks or shortcuts.
Within a week of our announcement email. Keep an eye on your inbox, and check your junk folder for an email from [login email sender].
No. Once you're in Console, your UMS access ends. Keeping everything on one platform means one record of your orders, approvals and history.
No. Both move across to Console.
No. They move across as they are now.
Yes. Install the Console web app from your browser on each computer, tablet or phone you order from. It's quick, there's no app store involved, and the setup videos show you how.
It lets your team log in with the work account they already use. It's recommended rather than required, and your IT team may need to approve it.
